Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the EzGym iOS application and related websites and services (together, “EzGym”). By downloading, accessing, or using EzGym, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
EzGym is a simple workout app for iPhone. It lets you schedule weekday workouts, log strength and cardio, and optionally sync cardio with Apple Health. Apple Watch support may be added in a future release and is not guaranteed as part of the current product.
EzGym is provided for personal fitness tracking. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use EzGym. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Sign in with Apple and email/password accounts are subject to Apple’s and our authentication requirements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the API or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt EzGym’s operation
- Use EzGym for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law
- Upload or transmit malware or abusive content
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the workout plans and logs you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate EzGym for you (including backups and sync).
5. Apple Health and third-party services
Optional HealthKit features require your permission and are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy rules. Strength data remains in EzGym’s database; cardio may be written to or read from Apple Health when you allow it. Third-party platforms (including Apple and hosting providers) have their own terms; we are not responsible for those services.
6. Intellectual property
EzGym, including its name, branding, design, and software (excluding your workout content), is owned by Alex Fedus / EzGym. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or brand.
7. Disclaimers
EzGym is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alex Fedus and EzGym will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of EzGym. Our total liability for any claim relating to EzGym will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for EzGym in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
9. Termination
You may stop using EzGym at any time and may request account deletion as described in Delete account / data request. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you obtained EzGym from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard EULA terms may also apply as required by Apple. In case of conflict for App Store distribution requirements, Apple’s applicable terms control solely for those store-mandated provisions.
